Check the email and sign-in method
- Open the service's Login control.
- Check the email address for typing errors.
- Use the sign-in method attached to the existing account.
- Complete the verification prompt through the service.
- Check the profile and subscription after signing in.
If you are unsure which email received the membership, check the purchase receipt. Do not create another paid account just to test whether login works.
If the verification email does not arrive
Inspect spam, junk and inbox rules, and check the entered address again. Email delivery can be delayed. Avoid sending many requests in quick succession; use the latest valid message when it arrives.
If the code is still missing after the support-recommended wait, contact support from the relevant account address. Never forward a sign-in code or authentication link to a stranger offering to activate your account.
If paid access is missing
Confirm that the payment completed and that you are in the correct account. The profile's sync control beside Active Subscription can refresh account access. Check the receipt and transaction state before making another purchase.
If the problem persists, include the receipt reference, charge time and account email in a request. Use browser checks for a stale session. Clearing site cookies signs you out, so keep access to the account's email before trying it.
