Characters and users must meet the age rules
Do not use the service if you are under 18. Characters must also meet the adult-content requirements, including how they appear and are described. A fictional setting or a number in a prompt does not make prohibited material acceptable.
Complete the service's designated age-verification flow where required. We do not provide an age-check workaround or a way around a location restriction.
Original characters and permission
Do not create real-person deepfakes, unauthorized likenesses or non-consensual material. OurDream's character and generation controls are for original fictional subjects, not for copying a private person's photograph.
A public character, a media pack and a chat still fall under the content rules. Check permission before supplying another person's material or sharing content that belongs to someone else.
Read a moderation notice before retrying
A flag is different from a generic server error. Read its reason and review the relevant request. If an ordinary request was mistakenly blocked, send the item and context through the reporting or appeal channel rather than repeatedly disguising the same request.
Public character submissions are reviewed and can need changes. A removed profile may also have been made private by its creator; use the notice to distinguish access changes from moderation.
Report a problem without spreading it
Use the in-product report control for the relevant character, media item or account. Include the location of the item and the reason for the report. Avoid copying prohibited material into public community posts.
For a safety concern, use trust@ourdream.ai. For a general account problem, use account support. A character in a conversation cannot approve an appeal or change account restrictions.
